Who we are

This Privacy notice describes how Mughal Restaurant (Halal Mughal) handles personal information when you use our public website and guest ordering surfaces — including online pickup, in-restaurant kiosk and QR table ordering, and related store operations.

Information we collect

We collect only what is needed to run restaurant service and guest ordering:

  • Online pickup: name and phone (required), and email when you choose to provide it, so we can confirm your request and contact you about pickup.
  • Kiosk and QR table ordering: order details tied to the device session or table, so kitchen and floor staff can prepare and serve your order.
  • Language preference: a locale cookie so English or Japanese stays consistent as you move between public pages.
  • Staff accounts: employee login and role data for the dashboard (not used for guest marketing).

How we use information

We use guest contact and order details to accept pickup requests, prepare food, coordinate collection or table service, and operate our restaurants. We do not sell personal information.

Payments

Public online pickup on this site does not process card payments. Guests pay at the restaurant when collecting. In-restaurant POS, kiosk, or other pay-at-counter flows follow the payment methods available at that store.

Sharing

Order and contact details are available to authorized restaurant staff for fulfillment. We may use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the service. We disclose information only when required by law or to protect guests, staff, and the business.

Questions

For privacy questions, please contact the store you visited or ordered from using the details on our Visit section, or speak with staff in person.
