These Terms cover guest use of the Mughal Restaurant public website, online pickup ordering, and related guest surfaces (including kiosk and QR table ordering where offered). By using these services you agree to these Terms.
Orders and pickup
Online pickup lets you request dishes for collection at a selected store. Requests may be confirmed, adjusted, or declined by the restaurant. Payment for online pickup is made at the restaurant when you collect — not as a guest card charge on this website. Availability of dishes and pickup times can change.
Menus and prices
Menus, prices, and availability can differ by location and may change without notice. Displayed information is for ordering and browsing; the restaurant’s confirmation and in-store pricing prevail when they differ.
Visiting our stores
Store addresses, hours, and access notes are provided to help you visit. Please verify details with the store when planning your visit, especially around holidays or temporary changes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site or ordering tools (for example submitting false contact details, attempting to disrupt services, or accessing staff systems without authorization). We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or unsafe.

We may update these Terms as the product and our restaurants evolve. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
